This shoot was taken in Ann Arbor, so many awesome walls, textures, fun places to shoot there. I also included a few shots with Maretta (one of her besties), I love that they had some senior photos together. If you have not seen Part 1 of Heidi yet, keep scrolling.
Still getting to blogging seniors for this year. Heidi had two sessions, we started out in the beautiful country fields, with amazing warm light. Then we ended up in the city for cool urban shots. I had so many I wanted to post from her sessions, I decided I would do two blog post. Here is Heidi in the beautiful warm light and country side.
What a perfect day for a photo shoot. It is not often that we get 70 degree days in November here in Michigan, but we got one and it was wonderful. Two days later it was 30 degrees and now it has been about 19 degrees. We were very fortunate to have a glorious day. Carson is such a down to earth, chill, humble, kind, young man! It was such a fun shoot.
I adore this young man. I met him years ago at a Christian concert, I went to with our church’s youth group. Fast forward about five years and he contacted me to take his senior photos. I could not believe how much he has grown. What a wonderful young man he has become, it was a honor to photograph David! It was also so great to meet his sweet girlfriend Tannah.
What a gorgeous family on a beautiful fall day in Michigan.
What a beautiful fall we had here in Michigan. Alaina had some photos done this spring, but she really wanted some in the fall as well. We had another session, and it was gorgeous.
I am in love with this session for a few reasons. First because well, it is Jordyn, she lived in Michigan during middle school, became friends with our daughter, they were so similar. She ended up moving away at the end of middle school, but now she is back for her senior year! I was so beyond excited to see her again and to take her senior photos. Such a beautiful soul! Second reason I love this shoot, Jordyn loves old camera’s, loves film photography, loves taking photos. So much fun!
Such a pleasure photographing this young man, he was so pleasant and easy going. We had such a gorgeous day, and I loved that we finished his photoshoot at his grandparents farm.
Super cool, chill senior. It started raining 20 minutes into our shoot, but he stuck it out and we got some cool car shots at the end of the session.
