Ever year I dread winter coming. This year we have hardly had a winter. Today it has hit and it made me think of a few images I took about 2 months ago when we got blasted by snow. It made me think, I am not sure why I dread winter so much. Even though it is so cold and dreary outside there is still so much beauty all around us.

The other night I was standing in my kitchen hanging out with the family.  I looked  up and out the window the moon was just amazing. I grabbed my camera and tripod. I bundled up my girls and we all went out side to photograph the moon. We had fun and I loved the photos.

This next photo, I left my shutter open for quite sometime and this is the effect I got.  I did not alter this in anyway.
