First of all here is the beautiful and very talented Elise Hibbard. She not only is a good friend of mine, she is a very talented photographer based out of Chicago. She has given me advice along my photography journey and she has been a blessing to me! Last summer she came out to the old farm and we decided to have some fun taking photos. Which I myself do not like being in front of the camera at all, but as you will see in these photos, Elise is a Rock Star in front of the camera and behind. You can check out her work here.
On to the next part about this Title….Getting Real. I started this blog about 7 months ago and I honestly do not even know if too many people check it out. If you do I just want to say Thank You from the bottom of my heart and tell you a little bit more about me.
I struggle with blog posting. I am not a writer at all, in fact I am horrible at punctuation, spelling, and almost always at a loss of what to say about each photo session. I love my photo sessions and I make so many new friends, but when it comes to writing something, I pretty much come up with….. I had such a great time and love this family. Which I did and I do, but not much for keeping my blog entertaining. I take photos and I love it so much, I love to experience with new lighting, thinking outside the box and just being myself. I want to do the best for my clients and for myself. I am so passionate about it and I pretty much am obsessed with photography.
On a personal level I am such a determined person, I want something I am going to go after it and you better believe I am going to do what ever I can to accomplish it. I will do my absolute best at everything I do, whatever it my be from raising my family, to just helping others and with out a doubt for every single client I have, it is just who I am. I love people, I love life, I love having fun, laughing and I love to make people laugh. I feel so blessed in my life and I have often thought to myself, how in the world can I take this photography blessing God has given me and give back? Well I promised God that I will take this journey and I will do my best at it and remember always to thank him from this gift he has given me. I hope each and everyone of you can see some beauty in my photographs, whatever it may be for you. Enjoy life, laugh and be blessed! It is a very scary thing for me to put myself out there, but from here on out, I am really trying to open up more and be more casual in my blog postings. I hope you can look past my not so wonderful writing capabilities and grammar errors and enjoy the photography you see.
So now here is Elise!
Elise purchased some new off camera flash equipment, so of course we had to test it out as well.
